A Different Approach To Chronic Pain

Back in 2016, the CDC estimated that about 50 million adults in the United States had chronic pain. Based on these numbers, it's clear that chronic pain is a widespread issue and a different approach is needed from what is provided for people in traditional healthcare.

In traditional healthcare, patients who are diagnosed with chronic pain are often provided with medication, injections, and maybe physical therapy, but often lifestyle changes are not addressed. Lifestyle changes in terms of nutrition, exercise, and working on stress reduction can have a huge impact on someone who suffers from chronic pain. That’s why we've created our preventive health plan here at Radect Health, to ensure that these areas aren't missed.

Our team of specialists includes dietitians, physical therapists, yoga teachers, and social workers who are all here to help you to implement lifestyle changes specific to chronic pain. We believe that with the right guidance, working on areas such as fitness, diet, and mental health can have an immense positive impact on your quality of life. We want to help you to feel like you are in control of your own health.

For those who want to dive deeper into this concept of preventive health, we also offer retreats. Our retreats offer an intensive way to dive into creating lifestyle changes, but different from traditional wellness retreats, we're here for you when you get back home to help you keep these changes going!

Let us help you take control of chronic pain today!
