This program is all online without direct interaction with the yoga and team based instructors. You will be managing this plan. We build a personalized health and wellness program curriculum with videos and monthly check in to review your progress by a yoga instructor to update or modify the curriculum in the format of videos, activities, and assessments. This is like having a personal trainer, but not only for exercise, but also for diet and well-being with an emphasis on understanding your health and goals. We will understand your challenges. You will be proactive in your program. You will be able to DM the instructor and will be answered weekly. You will be offered two online group sessions per month. 

 

This program is for those wanting the expertise for different disciplines of fitness, nutrition, social work, physical therapy, and health management, and have a program unlike a gym that is a safe space, with more flexibility of exercise programs, experts at your DMs, and when you do not know what to do. 

 

In starting, you will add wellness and health information into the RADECT software and you will get value with videos, activities, and assessments. We will start with a particular topic you need help with and grow that stepwise and update the curriculum and record, until you have a long term fully updated curriculum and record. This way, you will not feel overwhelmed filling out information online. You will then take control.
