Ashley Cutler LCSW-C has been a licensed social worker for the past 6 years, specializing in mental health on both a clinical and macro level. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science: Human Services from York College of Pennsylvania in 2013 and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Maryland School of Work in 2016. Ashley has been committed to working in the non-profit and community mental health/outpatient sector for most of her professional career. She has experiences supporting various populations and groups of people with their mental journey and working in interdisciplinary settings to improve the outcomes for clients. 

Ashley’s interest in becoming a mental health professional was inspired by her diagnosis of an autoimmune disorder at the age of 15, which greatly impacted her mental health. As Ashley went through her mental health journey with anxiety and depression, she desired to use what she learned to help other people going through similar experiences and took the steps to do exactly that. She personally knows and has witnessed the importance of addressing health and other factors in conjunction with mental health and what happens when it’s not done. As a part of her practice, she is passionate about providing person-centered services and breaking down the barriers to receiving high quality health and mental health services. She believes Radect Health can help to achieve this through providing personalized holistic pathways for healing and creating teams where non-traditional healthcare workers, such as yoga instructors and physical therapists, are included. I look forward to collaborating with Radect as a consultant and it is an honor to be a part of something bigger than myself.
