Yoga and Fitness in the Virtual World

Since the pandemic of 2020 hit, the world has seen most things go virtual - from grocery shopping to workplace meetings to yoga and fitness. But how does virtual yoga and fitness work? Virtual yoga and fitness can be done through Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet or any online platform available. Individual or group sessions can be scheduled, or recordings can be sent or watched online. One of the biggest benefits of virtual sessions is that they can easily fit into your day, as commute times to classes are eliminated, and you can jump into a virtual class in between work or other tasks.

Simply watching a video on YouTube, or elsewhere online, might work for some people, but if you need more accountability, signing up for a live virtual class means you know the instructor will be waiting for you. We at Radect believe in both efficiency and accountability for all of our members.

Virtual classes are also great for anyone who is looking for a little more privacy or anonymity in their workouts. If you feel unsure about starting a class, you can join from the comfort of your own home and ease into your virtual yoga or fitness sessions while still being able to access a qualified instructor with any questions you might have. You can follow along at your own pace, and take a break anytime you might need one.

What type of virtual fitness plan is right for you? If you are a beginner who needs more guidance and motivation, then meeting and chatting with your personal coach will be more important to your plan. If you are a person who does regular exercise but needs more direction and new ideas, then our vast library of routines and exercises will spark some creativity in you. If you are an athlete who needs specialized programming to reach your goals, then our advanced coaches will tailor routines to your specific needs.

At Radect we also offer additional health and wellness services such as nutritional suggestions from a dietician, mental health support from a licensed therapist, and even medical advice from our in-house doctors.
